It is used as a primer under the cement-based interior and exterior cladding materials of all buildings, in horizontal and vertical applications, in order to increase adherence before the application of decorative plaster mortar on the thermal insulation board plastering mortars, and before the applications to be made on old surfaces

The surface must be clean, damp, smooth and firm. The application surface should be cleaned of anti-adhesive substances such as dust, oil, tar, pitch, paint, silicone, curing material, detergent and mold oils. If there is a solvent-based paint on the surface, this surface should be sanded and the oxide layer on the surface should be cleaned

YAPSEAL © HEAT DECO PREMIUM Decorative Plaster Primer is a ready-to-use primer. YAPSEAL © HEAT DECO PREMIUM decorative plaster should be applied in a single coat 1 day before application. Before use, it is thoroughly mixed and applied to the surface in a single layer with the help of a brush or roller. If necessary, it can be diluted with clean water at a maximum of 5% by weight.

The drying time of the product is about 6 hours. This period may vary depending on air temperatures, wind or absorbency of the surface.

The ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C during the application. Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot, windy weather. It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of frost within 24 hours. It is not applied on wood, chipboard, plywood and metal surfaces. It is not applied against negative water pressure. Prevent precipitation on the application surface. Extremely hot surfaces can be moistened before application. When not in use, close the lid of the package tightly. Do not add foreign matter into the product. All tools used after the application should be washed with water before drying

It should be stored in a clean, dry and moisture-free environment between +50C and +350C, away from direct sunlight. It must be protected against water, frost and severe weather. It should be stored in stacks of no more than 3 layers. Provided that the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is a maximum of 24 months from the date of production.

Occupational Health and Safety instructions must be followed in all works. In accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety instructions, it is obligatory to use all occupational safety equipment such as work clothes, protective gloves/goggles/masks during the application. It is necessary to ventilate the work site. . Warehouses and stock areas should not be approached with fire. The contact of the product with the skin and eyes should be strictly avoided, in such a case, the area where the product comes into contact with plenty of water should be washed immediately and medical help should be sought immediately. Food and beverages should also not come into contact with the product. It should be stored and protected in places away from children. For more information, the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) should be reviewed.
