Yapseal Heat 300 D

Used as a topcoat coating material on plaster in thermal insulation systems and as a decorative facade coating material on thin plastered and smooth rough plastered surfaces.

Completely remove any dust, dirt, oil and grease that may reduce adhesion on the application surface and ensure that the aurface is dry, clean and strong. Always moisturize the surface and saturate it with water on very hot and windy weather before the application. Take waterproofing precautions for the building before the application.

Add 25 kg of YAPSEAL© HEAT 300 D slowly over an average of 4.50 – 5.25 liters of clean water. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, preferably with a low speed mixer or a trowel. Do not add any substance that is not specified in the application instructions. Allow the prepared mortar to rest for 3-5 minutes to set. Mix again for 1-2 minutes before starting he application.

Apply YAPSEAL© HEAT 300 D to the surface with a steel trowel to the filling size and add texture with circular movements using a plastic trowel. Apply on the interconnected surfaces at one time. Cure the surface before application on new mineral surfaces. Do not leave it on the surface as a topcoat material. Always paint with silicone-added exterior paint after drying.

Ensure that the ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C. Avoid application in very humid or very hot weather and under the sunlight. Do not apply on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of frost within 24 hours.

Consume the prepared mortar within 3 hours.

Use the product within the life cycle of the container. Never use expired or crusted mortar left in the container. Place the insulation boards close to each other and ensure that the gaps between the boards are as small as possible in order to prevent heat transfer. Protect the surface from air drafts during and after application. Prevent exposure of the
mortar to direct sunlight in hot weather and mix the mortar with water at room temperature. Do not perform the application in rainy weather, and protect the application surface from rain for 24 hours. Surface temperature should be between +5℃ and +35℃ during application. Do not seal dilatation joints with YAPSEAL© HEAT 300 D, use a dilatation
profile for these areas. Apply this product onto metal surfaces and wooden floors. Do not inhale the dust and avoid contact with skin and eyes as it is cement based. Wash hands and application tools with plenty of water after application. Clean surfaces with a damp cloth.

Store in a clean, dry environment, free from moisture, between +5°C and +35°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect against water, frost and severe weather conditions. Store in stacks of maximum 10 layers. Storage life is maximum 12
months from the date of production, provided that the storage conditions specified are complied with.

First, take all necessary Occupational Health and Safety precautions in the areas for the application and ensure that the operations are carried out by persons with technical knowledge and equipment. Observe occupational Health and Safety instructions in all work carried out. It is mandatory to use all occupational safety equipment such as work clothes,
protective gloves/goggles/masks etc. specified in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety instructions during the application. The working area needs to be ventilated. Do not approach warehouses an d storage areas withfire. Avoid contact of the product with skin and eyes, immediately wash the area of contact with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately in such a case. Also, prevent contact of food and beverages with the product. Store and protect away from children. See Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for further information. Also, the application of the product should be carried out by persons with adequate technical knowledge, equipment and experience. The user is solely responsible for this.
