Used indoors and outdoors, on walls and ceilings, for bonding surfaces with high water absorption such as brick, aerated concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice, and briquettes

The surface of application should be free of mold oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing substances. Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with the same material or with suitable YAPBUILT© series repair mortars. If the application surface is dry and hot, it should be moistened with water. After the surface dries, the application is started.

Mortar Preparation: 25 kg of YAPWALL© ADG 200 is added to approximately 5.00 – 6.00 liters of clean water and mixed preferably with a low-speed mixer so that there are no lumps. The prepared mortar is rested for 5 – 10 minutes to ripen and used again by stirring for 1 – 2 minutes. The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2 – 3 hours.

Application: The prepared mortar should be applied on gas-concrete with a 10 cm wide notched trowel. Aerated concretes are fixed with the help of rubber mallets. Joints should be left at max. 3 mm. Bonding should be done on the carded mortar within a maximum of 10 minutes.

The product should be used within container storage expiry time. Avoid application below (+5)⁰C and above (+35)⁰C temperatures. Do not add foreign substances such as lime, cement, sand, or gypsum to the material. Pay attention to the amount of water added to the mortar. Do not add more water than necessary. Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of frostbite within 24 hours, or open to direct sun and wind. If snowfall or severe cold is expected within about 1 week after application, the application should not be made, or protection measures should be taken. Never add water and dust to expired mortar. For applications to be made on YAPWALL© ADG 200, at least 10 days should pass, depending on the ambient temperature. The service temperature interval of the product in the environment is between (-30)⁰C and (+60)⁰C

Depending on the tooth thickness of the ceramic comb to be used, the consumption varies between 3 – 6 kg/m².

Should be stored in a clean, dry, and moisture-free environment, at a temperature between (+5)⁰C and (+35)⁰C, away from direct sunlight exposure. Must be protected against water, frost, and severe weather conditions. Should be stored in stacks of no more than 10 layers. Provided that the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is a maximum of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Occupational Health and Safety instructions must be followed in all applications In accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety instructions, it is obligatory to use all occupational safety equipment such as work clothes, protective gloves/goggles/masks during the application. It is necessary to ventilate the work site. Warehouses and stock areas should not be approached with fire. Contact of the product with skin and eyes should be strictly avoided. In such a case, the area where the product comes into contact should be washed immediately with plenty of water, and medical help should be sought immediately. Food and beverages should also not come into contact with the product. The product should be stored and protected in places away from children. For more information, the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) should be reviewed. In addition, the application of the product should be done by people with sufficient technical knowledge, equipment, and experience. The responsibility in this regard belongs exclusively to the user
