It is used for bonding surfaces such as bricks, aerated concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice, and briquettes with high water absorption indoors and outdoors

The surface of application should be free from mold oil, dust, paint, and adherence reducing substances. Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with the same material or with suitable YAPBUILT© series repair mortars. If the application surface is dry and hot, it should be moistened with water. After the surface dries, the application is started

Mixture Preparation: 25 kg of YAPWALL© BB 100 is added to approximately 5.00 – 6.00 liters of clean water and mixed preferably with a low-speed mixer so that there are no lumps. The prepared mortar is rested for 5 – 10 minutes to ripen and used again by stirring for 1 – 2 minutes. The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2 – 3 hours.

Application: The prepared mortar is applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces with a trowel. The placed knitting materials are mallet from the top and side. During the knitting process, the knitting material combination of columns and curtains must be ensured with YAPWALL© BB 100.

The product should be used within container storage expiry time. Avoid application below (+5)⁰C and above (+35⁾⁰C temperatures. Do not add foreign substances such as lime, cement, sand, or gypsum to the material. Pay attention to the amount of water added to the mortar. Do not add more water than necessary. Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of frostbite within 24 hours, or open to direct sun and wind. If snowfall or severe cold is expected within about 1 week after application, the application should not be made, or protection measures should be taken. Never add water and dust to expired mortar. For applications to be made on YAPWALL© PLASMAC M150, at least 10 days should pass, depending on the ambient temperature. Do not go beyond the specified application area and instructions for use. Since it is a cement-based material, do not breathe it directly. The service temperature interval of the product in the environment is between (-30) ⁰C and (+60) ⁰C

Should be stored in a clean, dry, and moisture-free environment, at a temperature between (+5)⁰C and (+35)⁰C, away from direct sunlight exposure. Must be protected against water, frost, and severe weather conditions. Should be stored in stacks of no more than 10 layers. Provided that the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is a maximum of 12 months from the date of manufacture

It is necessary to ventilate the work site. Warehouses and stock areas should not be approached with fire. Contact of the product with skin and eyes should be strictly avoided. In such a case, the area where the product comes into contact should be washed immediately with plenty of water, and medical help should be sought immediately. Food and beverages should also not come into contact with the product. The product should be stored and protected in places away from children. For more information, the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) should be reviewed. In addition, the application of the product should be done by people with sufficient technical knowledge, equipment, and experience. The responsibility in this regard belongs exclusively to the user
