It is used for plastering surfaces such as brick, gas-concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice, and briquettes indoors and outdoors, walls and ceilings. It is recommended on surfaces where the mold surface is damaged, and plastering is desired.

The surface of application should be free from mold oil, dust, paint, and adherence reducing substances. Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with the same material or with suitable YAPBUILT© series repair mortars. If the application surface is dry and hot, it should be moistened with water. On surfaces such as aerated concrete, 1 day prior to application, YAPBOND® PRIMER A should be used, while on smooth surfaces such as exposed concrete, 1 day post-application, YAPBOND® GYPSOPLAST should be used for lining. In large areas plaster strips should be created using leveling slats. After the surface dries, the application is started

Mixture Preparation: 25 kg YAPWALL© PLASMAC G300 is added to approximately 4.50 – 5.50 liters of clean water and mixed preferably with a low-speed mixer so that there are no lumps. The prepared mortar is rested for 5-10 minutes to ripen and used again by stirring for 1-2 minutes. The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2-3 hours.

Application: The material should be applied with a sprayer or trowel, spread over the entire surface with equal thickness. After the application, the surface should be corrected with a gauge. The application of plaster should be applied with a thickness of at least 3 mm; it can be applied in a single coat up to 0.5 cm. In applications of 0.5 cm and above thickness, the 2nd coat can be applied after the 1st coat is applied and the setting has completed. Special aluminum gauge profiles should be used for a smooth plaster and corner profile should be used to prevent corner breakage. It should be gauged with YAPWALL© PLASMAC G300 special aluminum gauge profiles, which are applied in horizontal strips between two plaster strips. When the plaster hardens sufficiently (it becomes so that it cannot be carved when pressed with a finger), the surface should be tired. The surface should be finished with a damp sponge.

The prepared mortar should be used within 2 – 3 hours. This period may be shortened due to factors such as extreme temperatures, intense wind, and low humidity. The material in the container that has hardened and completed its setting should not be used.

The product should be used within container storage expiry time. Avoid application below (+5)⁰C and above (+35)⁰C temperatures. Do not add foreign substances such as lime, cement, sand, or gypsum to the material. Pay attention to the amount of water added to the mortar. Do not add more water than necessary. Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of frostbite within 24 hours, or open to direct sun and wind If snowfall or severe cold is expected within about 1 week after application, the application should not be made, or protection measures should be taken. Never add water and dust to expired mortar. For applications to be made on YAPWALL© PLASMAC M150, at least 10 days should pass, depending on the ambient temperature. Do not go beyond the specified application area and instructions for use. Since it is a cement-based material, do not breathe it directly. The service temperature interval of the product in the environment is between (-30)⁰C and (+60⁾⁰C. .

An average of 1.50 – 1.70 kg/m² powder mortar is required to obtain a thickness of 1 mm

Should be stored in a clean, dry, and moisture-free environment, at a temperature between (+5)0C and (+35)0C, away from direct sunlight exposure. Must be protected against water, frost, and severe weather conditions. Should be stored in stacks of no more than 10 layers. Provided that the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is a maximum of 12 months from the date of manufacture
