Yapwall Plasmac M 150

It is used for plastering surfaces such as brick, aerated concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice, and briquettes indoors and outdoors, walls and ceilings. It is recommended on surfaces where the mold surface is damaged, and plastering is desired

The surface of application should be free from mold oil, dust, paint, and adherence reducing substances. Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with the same material or with suitable YAPBUILT© series repair mortars. If the application surface is dry and hot, it should be moistened with water. On surfaces such as aerated concrete, 1 day prior to application, YAPBOND® PRIMER A should be used, while on smooth surfaces such as exposed concrete, 1 day post-application, YAPBOND® GYPSOPLAST should be used for lining. In large areas plaster strips should be created using leveling slats. After the surface dries, the application is started.

Mixture Preparation: Add 25 kg of YAPWALL© PLASMAC M150 to approximately 4.75 – 5.25 liters of clean water and mix preferably with a low-speed mixer so that there are no lumps. The prepared mortar is rested for 5 – 10 minutes to ripen and used again by stirring for 1 – 2 minutes. The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2 – 3 hours

Application: The material should be applied with a sprayer or trowel, spread over the entire surface with equal thickness. After the application, the surface should be corrected with a gauge. Rough plaster application should not exceed 1.5 cm in one coat and 3 cm in total.

It is necessary to fix the plaster that has started to harden by polishing it with a trowel without missing the time. For applications in temperatures over 20⁰C, the first watering should be done after 12- 15 hours. Then it should be watered at least three times with an interval of 12 hours. For application in temperatures below 20⁰C, the first watering should be carried out after 24 hours.

Then it should be watered at least three times with an interval of 12 hours. Afterwards, it should be ensured that the application surface remains moist for 1 week. It can be plastered with YAPWALL© PLASMAC G 300 to achieve a smoother surface.

In outdoor applications, it should be mixed with YAPSEAL© FLEX 107 B Component to provide a stronger adhesion.

In different material transitions, plaster mesh should be used on the surfaces and plaster profiles should be used on the corners.

The product should be used within container storage expiry time. Avoid application below (+5)⁰C and above (+35)⁰C temperatures. Do not add foreign substances such as lime, cement, sand, or gypsum to the material. Pay attention to the amount of water added to the mortar. Do not add more water than necessary. Avoid application in areas that are frozen, at risk of frostbite within 24 hours, or open to direct sun and wind. If snowfall or severe cold is expected within about 1 week after application, the application should not be made, or protection measures should be taken. Never add water and dust to expired mortar. For applications to be made on YAPWALL© PLASMAC M150, at least 10 days should pass, depending on the ambient temperature. Application thickness should not exceed 1.5 cm in one layer and 3.0 cm in total. The service temperature interval of the product in the environment is between (-30)⁰C and (+60)⁰C

An average of 13-15 kg/m² of powder mortar is required to obtain a thickness of 1 cm.

Should be stored in a clean, dry, and moisture-free environment, at a temperature between (+5)⁰C and (+35)⁰C, away from direct sunlight exposure. Must be protected against water, frost, and severe weather conditions. Should be stored in stacks of no more than 10 layers. Provided that the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is a maximum of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

It is necessary to ventilate the work site. Warehouses and stock areas should not be approached with fire. Contact of the product with skin and eyes should be strictly avoided. In such a case, the area where the product comes into contact should be washed immediately with plenty of water, and medical help should be sought immediately. Food and beverages should also not come into contact with the product. The product should be stored and protected in places away from children. In addition, the application of the product should be done by people with sufficient technical knowledge, equipment, and experience.
