It is applied on fresh concrete surfaces where mechanical abrasion resistance is required and it is desired not to dust.

The load-bearing concrete of the area where YAPFLOOR® 100 will be applied must be at least C25 class. The surface of the fresh concrete to be applied should be polished with a tray trowel and smoothed with a wooden trowel. The ambient temperature The ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C. Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot weather. It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of frost within 24 hours.

It should be waited until the carrier is navigable on the concrete. The appropriate time is when the concrete is hardened enough to leave a footprint of 0.5-1.5 cm deep when stepped on it.

According to the width of the plaster strips and the amount of consumption, YAPFLOOR® 100 bags should be lined up on the edges of the strips. YAPFLOOR® 100 is distributed over the entire surface by sprinkling method. The material should not be left on the surface in clumps, and homogeneous distribution should be ensured as much as possible. In addition, sprinkling should not be done over long distances so that the aggregates in the product do not decompose

This process can be done manually or with special spreading equipment. It should be expected that the sprinkled material will absorb the water from the concrete and change color. YAPFLOOR®, which is sprinkled homogeneously and changes color by absorbing water, is compacted with a 100-tray trowel and integrated with the concrete. Then the knife is polished and this process is continued until the desired shine is achieved

YAPFLOOR® 100 consumption is determined as 5 kg/m². It may vary depending on ambient temperature and air circulation.

For the best results in YAPFLOOR® 100 application, the ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C and necessary precautions should be taken in bad weather conditions. The application should be carried out by expert implementing teams. When pouring concrete between the anodes, the concrete should be compacted using a vibratory gauge. The water that rises to the surface of the concrete should be swept away with a long-armed wooden gauge. In the reinforcement placement process; Iron reinforcement or mesh steel should be placed and tied without moving it beyond the boundaries of the plaster strip. After the rust allowance is determined, iron reinforcement or mesh steel should be placed in place. Constructive information about the placement of rust allowance is written in TS 500 (Regulation on Design and Construction Rules of Reinforced Concrete Structures). If a single layer of reinforcement is to be used, it should be ensured that the reinforcement is laid in the middle of the concrete thickness. In floating screed applications, polyethylene covers should be laid on the old concrete and the screed concrete to be poured should be prevented from sticking to the old concrete. In order to control the shape and displacement of the slab without creating cracks in the concrete, cold and crack control joints should be established. The equipment used must be cleaned with water after the application.

It should be stored in a clean, dry and moisture-free environment between +50C and +350C, away from direct sunlight. It must be protected against water, frost and severe weather. It should be stored in stacks of no more than 10 layers. Provided that the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is a maximum of 12 months from the date of manufacture

Food and beverages should also not come into contact with the product. It should be stored and protected in places away from children.
